Gimli Screener is a beta product for natural-language Indian stock screening. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Account details from Google sign-in, such as email address and profile name.
• Waitlist details, such as email address, source/referrer, and signup time.
• Usage data, such as screen queries, follow-up messages, generated result metadata, charts/tables shown, reported issues, and timestamps.
• Technical data such as IP address, browser/user-agent, logs, and error diagnostics.

How we use information

• To provide login, beta access, quota enforcement, and screener functionality.
• To improve result quality, debug issues, prevent abuse, and understand product usage.
• To send waitlist/access emails and important product updates.

AI and market data

Your screener messages may be sent to AI model providers to generate SQL, clarifications, summaries, charts, and follow-up analysis. Gimli is a screening and research workflow, not investment advice. Please verify results independently.

Sharing and public pages

If you use sharing features, the selected screen result may become accessible through a share URL. Do not share anything you consider private.

Data retention

We keep account, usage, waitlist, and diagnostic data as needed to operate and improve the beta. You can request deletion by contacting us.
